IR CAT5 Receiver
Using a single CAT5 UTP (category 5, unshielded twisted pair) cable, the Smart-AVI HDC-IR-RXS IR CAT5 Receiver works hand-in-hand with the IR CAT5 Transmitter (HDC-IR-TX) to allow the extension of Infrared control signals up to 1000 feet. It is compatible with line-level stereo audio signals and has built-in lightning, power surge, and transient protection.
Applications
- The HDC-IR-RXS is perfect to use in hotels, cable TV remote control, control rooms, remote on-digital set-top control, skybox control extension, dealer rooms, point of sale, remote VCR control and home use.
- Data Broadcasting: such as news, stock prices, sports results, and flight information can be broadcast in real time to various monitors and/or speakers.
