RS-232 & Stereo Sound Point-to-Point CAT5 Extender
The Smart-AVI AR-100S RS-232 & Stereo Sound Point-to-Point CAT5 Extender allows you to extend any full Duplex RS232 with any Stereo sound up to 3000ft using a single unshielded Cat5 cable. It includes the RS-232 and Stereo Sound CAT5 Transmitter (AR-TX100) and the RS-232 and Stereo Sound CAT5 Receiver (AR-RX100). It can support all protocol and baud rates and is compatible with line-level stereo audio signals.
Furthermore, aside from its high ground loop immunity, it also features built-in lightning, power surge, and transient protection. The unit comes in a compact enclosure, and remote units come with buffered outputs. It provides a fully transparent path for all protocols and data transfers.
