• Real Time Updates. Order information is displayed here in real time, so you can refer back here at any time to monitor your order as it moves through the fulfillment process.
• Processing Time. Orders placed by Internet are checked for credit and reviewed by an account representative before being released for processing. If you have recently placed your order by Internet and it has not yet been processed, please allow a few hours for review and check again. Reviewing hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time.
• Estimated Shipping Date. If your order is not in stock, we'll provide you with an expected shipping date whenever possible. This is the best information we have of when you can expect your order to leave the warehouse. Allow additional time for delivery to your location.
