The N-20W is the latest electronic copy board from PLUS. Improving on their previous M-12W, the N-20W features faster scanning speeds, a much sleeker design and a variety of expanded connectivity options to suit today’s business environment. The new board has scaled down from 0.42ft in depth to under 0.25ft. The huge selling point of a copyboard is that is does not use a LCD projector. They are super easy to use and even someone with no whiteboard experience can get up and instantly use this copyboard.
With a magnetic writing area over 6ft wide, the N-20W provides users with a large surface to draw and makes notes, all of which can be scanned in full color in just 21 seconds. The scanned image can then be printed, or saved electronically in PDF, JPG or PNG format. Please see an example on this page of a scanned image to check out the clarity of a file. PLUS also offers a variety of methods to save your files. The board contains a front loading USB port, as well as an internal memory for up to 100 images. The included USB cable allows you to also save images directly to your PC. Through its networking capabilities, the N-20W can also be configured to allow employees to access and download scanned images, as well as save content onto your company’s servers.
The N-20W requires no software to be installed and has just one simple connection to your PC or Mac. Even better, you can also control this board directly through your smart device, with compatibility for the iPhone, iPad and Android. This product can either be wall mounted, or placed on a rolling stand. With the stand, your board can be easily wheeled from one room to another. There is also a place on the stand to mount a printer, enabling to you to print and distribute notes during a presentation.
One last interesting feature to note is that you can make perfect looking graphs or bar graphs on this board. To make a vertical line simply use the side of the frama as a brace. You can just move the screen with your hand and make perfect vertical lines in succession. To make a horizontal line simply place the marker tip agaisnt the frame and press the "feed" button to electronically scroll the screen surface around. This is a interesting tip that we use here in the office. We actually use Plus copyboards in our office since they are simple to use, reliable, and the mylar surface offers the utmost durabilbity.

Network Function: Connect to a network via an ethernet cable. There are two options for saving and sharing your information over the network.
• Save your copyboard data to the board’s internal memory. Approximately 100 pages can be stored. Using an assigned IP address, your team can access the images on the board from their computers using a web browser. The data on the board is accessible even in “Stand-by” mode. Password protect the board for added security.
• When connected to the network, you can save to an FTP server so that everyone on your team has access to the saved information.

Access Via Your SmartPhone: Just install the MeetingPocket App (MTGpocket) and gain access to many useful and time-saving meeting tools. Both Apple iOS® and Google Android™ mobile operating systems are supported, so you can use your iPhone®, iPad® or Android™ phone. The MTGpocket App lets you perform the “scan” function of the board from your SmartPhone. The resulting image file can then be previewed and saved to your phone’s memory − as well as to the memory of phones belonging to anyone
present in the meeting who has the MTGpocket App installed! Furthermore,the MTGpocket App lets you record audio and video during the meeting. The audio and video files are organized in the same folder as the board image files, so that all of the meeting data is in one convenient location.
