They are the same board, just different sizes. The M-17S has a writing panel size of 51.2 x 35.8 inches while the M-17W has a panel size of 70.2 x 35.8 inches.

The N-20 copyboards differ in a few ways. First, they can scan and print in color while the M-17 boards only scan/print in black and white. The N-20 boards also have a few additional methods for saving your notes. The N-20 boards are networkable so you can save images to you network, to be accessed via IP address or FTP server. The N-20 boards can also work with the Pocket MTG app. The Pocket MTG app is free and works on iOS and Android. It allows you to control the board and save your images right to your device. You can even take picture and voice recordings and save them to the same folder. Others in the meeting can save to their devices as long as they also have the app. A Wifi connection to the same network the board is on is required.

The M-17 Copyboards are plug and play with PC and Mac. Just connect a USB cable from the board to the computer and you''ll be ready to save file to your computer.

The Plus M-17 copyboard does not have any internal memory. Images can only be saved to an external memory stick or computer, or printed from an inkjet printer. This is a benefit if you work with sensitive information because there is no unsecured copy left behind.

The M-17 copyboard does not have a remote control. Everything runs from a small control panel on the left side of the board.

The M-17 copyboards include one Red and one Black marker. Regular dry erase markers will work on the board, the non low odor variety seem to work best.

No, the M-17 Copyboards do not use a printer. They are for dry erase marker notes only. If you are printing to a printer or USB drive, you don''t even need a computer.

No, the M-17 only scans in black and white but it does also take grayscale, so you can write in red and have it print as gray. The N-20 series copyboards and C-20 series captureboards can scan in color though.

No, the M-17 does not have network connectivity. Please take a look at the Plus N-20S or N-20W, they can connect and save images to the network.

The M-17 copyboards only have a USB port for saving so you would not be able to use an SD card in the board. If you computer has a SD card slot, you can save to your computer and have it save onto the SD card.
