Nice idea, does it really work?

Our church bought this unit after seeing another installation where it worked perfectly. We bought it and had professional installation performed on our Projector Upgrade to an HD26 HDMI unit. Right out of the box, the unit did not work. It had its COMM Lights blinking but would not process HDMI, or IR Remote. We brought the units down and tested on a short run of CAT6 cable, still would not work. Direct HDMI without the boxes worked. Touchboards told us to go to Optoma and now, we are 3-weeks waiting on Optoma, which has not indicated that they have even worked on it. Touchboards should have done an immediate replacement shipment. Will not buy from you again, and warning our Council of Churches. Lousy Customer Service!
