Following the success of the Mondopad, InFocus has introduced the Big Touch for customers seeking a more economic version of the fully featured unit. Where the Mondopad was designed as an all inclusive collaboration tool, the Big Touch is intended for users seeking a large scale tablet experience, harnessing the power and functionality of Windows 8. The Mondopad, InFocus’ flagship unit, contains a number of features to facilitate streamlined collaboration between users in remote locations – video conferencing hardware, Microsoft Office, and a built in microphone, just to name a few. With the Big Touch, InFocus has eliminated these options, providing a more economic solution for customers not needing the added functionality and remote capabilities. The result is in the bottom line, with a price tag over $1000 lower. But don’t worry – if you decide down the line, you wish you had the Mondopad, your Big Touch is easily upgradable.
