BigTouch:

For customers who want to showcase Windows 8 on a large touch screen. The bigtouch is a display only and it lacks the webcam, microphone and sound bar that comes with the mondopad. The BigTouch does not come with the annotation software.

For technical differences there are a few:

Mondopad runs windows 7 pro while the Bigtouch runs windows 8 pro. The mondopad also comes with a full Microsoft office suite while the BigTouch does not.  The BigTouch has 5 point touch like the mondopad but it can also use Windows 8 gestures.
