This camera is incredibly powerful, and the Flex software is easy to install and master without any training. It is intuitive to use, and functions seamlessly with both Mac and PC. (but the online tutorials are also very helpful and very well done.) Even better, customer service is outstanding at TouchBoards AND at HoverCam -- there's absolutely no reason to have a question, because both seller and manufacturer will do whatever it takes, and timely, to help you figure out any issues. It is portable, light, won't topple over, and the resolution is fantastic. The software also provides options to adjust the brightness, resolution, image size, screen shots, videos -- it's simply fantastic, versatile, and absolutely a steal for the price.
