The wallboard fasteners provided don't work. Ergotron says the arm may be attached to a sheetrock wall with the provided anchors. WRONG, the arm is much too heavy for this application. The only way the product can be attached securely to the wall is by screwing the lags directly into studs. When my installation was complete, I had to move my desk so far off the wall it was actually in the office walkway.
