I have a larger and more expensive Elmo in my classroom that enjoy using. However, when I started working remotely I left it in the school building. I decided to purchace a smaller version, less expensive and portable model. It works just as grand as the larger model and allows me to carry it in my tote bag when I need travel light. The board that comes with it is very durable, easy to assemble, and provide a smooth surface to write on or conduct demonstrations.

Excellent substitute for an online white board workspace that is very inexpensive and very portable. Sent it home with instructors to use to continue classes during covid lockdown, not sure how we could have done anything better that this.

Elmo OX-1 Purchase

I purchased the Elmo OX-1 document camera from Touchboards back in early July, 2020. There was a long delay in shipping as I believe there was a backlog at Elmo. Then Touchborads reveived the camera without the whiteboard. I asked them to ship the camera first and then the whiteboard once it came in. I was surprised that their system couldn't do that. Once the whiteboard came in they shipped both items and it arrived very soon after that. I have been very happy with the product.
