The Labdisc Mobile Science Cart is designed to store and charge up to 16 Labdisc units and up to 16 tablet computers. It features lockable doors to protect tablets with a ruggedized steel construction. It supports iPads and Intel® Android tablets. It provides special storage compartments for electrodes and various accessories. The Labdisc cart offers an electricity entry point and a central charging unit. It has a pneumatic arm for top cover.

Built-in unique probes and features

The Labdisc’s large number of high quality sensors opens the door for inquiry-based learning in variety of science fields, including: Biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science and geography. Unique features include the GPS probe which harnesses GPS to plot sensor values as a layer over a Google map.

The Labdisc uses Bluetooth communication between the data logger and the computer, with a single wireless transmission for up to 14 sensors, reducing radio interference and eliminating the need for costly transmitters built into every sensor.
