It also features security alert, teacher priority and remote input volume control.

The handheld microphone/transmitter (IRH-35) is primarily used by students for interactive class participation. The ergonomic design renders user comfort and very low handling noise. The unidirectional condenser microphone reproduces excellent vocal quality and the windscreen prevents breath pops. The emitting diodes are located around the top and bottom end of the handle for 360° transmission and assured connectivity throughout the classroom.

The drop-in battery charger (BRC-55) is a 3-Port Drop-In Charger for one or two IRT-55 Sapphire transmitters and one IRH-35 Handheld transmitter.

The ceiling sensor (ICS-55) is the preferred infrared sensor for optimum performance. It comes standard with Forum, Maxim III, Spectrum II, VoiceLink I, VoiceLink Plus, VoiceLink III and VoiceLink IV packages. This unit needs to be installed on the ceiling at least 3′-0″ from the video projector. It comes with a mounting/support bracket and 50 feet of plenum rated cable with RCA connector on each end. The ideal location for the dome sensor would be in the center of the ceiling. This will provide a clear signal path for the IR transmission from the transmitter to the dome sensor without obstruction. In addition, you will have 360° coverage and will minimize the transmission distance for more reliable performance. It collects the infrared transmission signal via 6 large detecting diodes. The sensor is connected to the mixer/amplifier via a plenum rated cable terminated with RCA connectors. The mixer/amplifier supplies the power to the sensor.

The ceiling speaker (SP-628) is a full range compact coaxial ceiling speaker, providing low distortion and a smooth natural frequency response ideal for articulate vocal clarity. The SP-628 has integrated steel backcan along with 24″ Tile Bridge which allows for quick and easy installation.

The wall mount speakers (SP-2000) is a full range 2-way compact wall mount/shelf mount speaker, providing low distortion and a smoother frequency response ideal for articulate vocal clarity for more even coverage. The included wall-mount bracket enables the unit to be secured against a wall or other flat surface.
 
Instead of having SP-2000 wall mount speakers, you can choose lay-in ceiling speaker (SP-628L) which is a full range compact coaxial ceiling speaker, providing low distortion and a smooth natural frequency response ideal for articulate vocal clarity. The SP-628L is a complete loudspeaker assembly, with 12″ frame, perforated steel grill, and integrated steel back can and attached “T” bar for finish edge. It also provides quick installation with minimal tile cutting. It includes 100' of plenum-rated speaker cable.
