If running from the Android OS, the PowerPoint app must be installed (or at least a PowerPoint viewer app) and use the USB ports that do directly to the monitor. If running from a connected PC, PowerPoint must be installed on the PC and use the PC USB ports. If using an OPS PC installed in the panel, can use the USB ports on the OPS or the one in front of the panel that connects to the OPS.
