Is it dry erase safe?

We do not recommend writing on the interactive whiteboard surface as it is specially designed for interactions. However, we have found customers using high quality expo dry-erase markers with no issues as long as they erase/clean the board after each use.

Response from Touchboards: if you purchased this board from us, please call us and we can replace it as it appears to be malfunctioning. This is our top selling board line and they normally perform flawlessly!

For the price, it is okay. It is my first whiteboard and the learning curve is sharp because I had to play with it for a while before understanding how to use its functions. There are no instructions, I watched several videos online but none for this exact model so functions and input were different. I have to press buttons several times for it to respond. I thought I would be able to "write" on a page whether it be OneNote, PPT, or Webpage but this board essentially takes a picture of the screen and then it will accept writing. When finished I have to return to the blank
