The Smart-AVI DPN-4DUO-S 4-Port Dual-Head Displayport KVM Switch is a dedicated multi-platform KVM switch ideal for managing up to four remote computers’ keyboard and mouse functions, with access to 4K DisplayPort 1.2 video via dual-head connectors. The dual-head DP video configuration of the DPN-4DUO-S allows users to access remote systems’ visuals using two local monitors at resolutions up to 4K (3840x2160 @ 30Hz). HDMI and DVI video connections are also supported via adaptors (sold separately), and the device is backward compatible with prior DisplayPort versions.

The DPN-4DUO-S features USB keyboard-mouse emulation, which enables immediate hotkey source switching. In addition, the DPN-4DUO-S offers asynchronous independent switching with both the KVM and peripheral USB ports, allowing users to save documents and files from scanners, printers, hard drives, and more on connected computer systems.

The DPN-4Duo-S provides a simplified management approach for four DisplayPort equipped computers USB 2.0 outputs for a keyboard, mouse and other USB peripheral devices. This dynamic KVM console can be controlled keyboard hotkeys or RS-232 commands, as well as directly through the console’s easy-to-read front panel.
