The ActivPanel Touch HD 84" display with LED backlighting allows multiple students to share ideas, practice team-based problem solving, manipulate images and edit digital content - all of the work being done simultaneously. Featuring ActivGlideTM surface technology, the ActivPanel Touch ensures consistent brightness, color and contrast, combining both visibility and touch elements: high transparency for a clear picture, low reflectivity to counter natural or artificial lighting problems, and a wide viewing angle for excellent legibility even at the fringes of the classroom.

The narrow bezel of the ActivPanel Touch houses a sophisticated infrared array that responds close to the screen surface for superb accuracy, delivering precise pen and touch control.

Feature rich with ActivInspire software

The ActivPanel Touch functionality works in a way similar to that of today's mobile devices with swipe, pinch and zoom interaction. The simple and intuitive functionality reduces the technology learning curve for users. The inclusion of Promethean's award-winning ActivInspire Professional software provides users with the tools they need to prepare and deliver interactive and engaging lessons, and the ability to access thousands of free resources via Promethean Planet's online community. The display also features stereo speakers with 10W per channel and also provides audio output if schools wish to link to an external sound system. A remote control makes it easy for users to utilize the Blank Screen and Freeze Frame options.
