5-Year On-Site Support
The Promethean APL5YROSS is a 5-year On-Site Support for ActivPanel Large (size 80 inch+). This option upgrades both Returns for Repair and Advanced Replacement services to a full, On-Site Support service and can be purchased for up to five years on relevant products. On-Site Support means that an authorized Promethean Service Provider will attend the site to repair or replace faulty parts, following a complete diagnostics call with Promethean Technical Customer Support. The Service Provider will arrive on-site within three days of the fault being reported*. This option is only available in certain countries.
