The Promethean AB10T88D ActivBoard Touch is an 88-inch interactive whiteboard display that incorporates multi-touch functionality, dry-erase writing and award-winning software to provide an interactive learning experience at an affordable price. This multi-user interactive display offers 10 simultaneous touch points and is perfect for small group interactivity and collaboration promoting an active learning environment.

The AB10T88D ActivBoard Touch is compatible with Windows, Mac OS and Linux operating systems. It comes equipped with ClassFlow and ActivInspire software. A 5-year standard warranty is included.

Several packages available

 

It is important to note that the ActivBoard 10 requires a projector and computer to operate - it cannot generate an image on its own like a television. To simplify the ordering process, Touchboards offers several packages with compatible projectors, as well as other very popular accessories.

There are two types of packages:

• Group 1 (denoted by UST)
  • Includes Maxell ultra short throw projector with wall mount
  • Includes wireless adapter for projector (eliminates HDMI cable)
• Group 2 (denoted by UST v2)
  • Same as group 1, but adds two things
  • Elmo OX-1 document camera
  • Qomo TWP-1700 wireless access point (enables participants in the room to share their wireless device to the board)

An ultra short throw projector mounts directly above the board and projects from a very short distance. This is very useful in that it reduces shadows cast by the arms and body of the presenter.

ActivInspire is a collaborative lesson delivery software for interactive displays. Known and loved by educators around the world, ActivInspire provides a vast suite of tools to create and deliver dynamic lessons.

Lesson engagement is just a few clicks away. The myPromethean Resource Library provides ActivInspire users with access to over 30,000 free Flipcharts that have been created by teachers, for teachers. Teachers can easily search, filter, preview, and download Flipcharts - saving valuable lesson preparation time.
