The Planar UR9851-ERO UltraRes is an 98" Ultra HD (3840 x 2160) professional LCD display with best in class image and color quality for native 4K and up-scaled content. This 500 nit 98" display supports multi-source viewing, 4K @ 60Hz, HDCP 2.2 compliance, and portrait orientation. The UR9851-ERO features Planar ERO (Extended Ruggedness and Optics) optically-bonded, low friction protective glass for increased ruggedness and optical performance.

Superior 4K video performance and compatibility
The UR9851-ERO supports native 4K resolution at up to 60Hz via HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2, enabling smooth motion video and mouse tracking. Compatible with new and emerging 4K sources, the UR9851-ERO HDMI 2.0 input is HDCP 2.2 compliant. For added flexibility, UR9851-ERO comes standard with expansion slots that support Intel’s Open Pluggable Specification (OPS), making them compatible with a variety of OPS devices.

Featuring built-in Planar MediaPlex Plus processing, users can view multiple sources simultaneously in picture-in-picture, dual, triple, or quad layouts. Planar MediaPlex Plus offers the ability to save frequently used configurations which can be recalled quickly. For precise image control, adjustments can be made within each zone allowing users to optimize the picture quality at the source level. With the Planar UltraRes App, use an iPhone, iPad or Android device to conveniently manage multi-source viewing on Planar UR9851-ERO display.
Innovative mounting system
The UR9851-ERO features the Planar Profile Mounting System for an extremely slim profile when wall-mounted and provides a lockable, front-service access mode providing ease of service without removing the display from the wall.

The UR9851-ERO is available with optional Planar ERO (Extended Ruggedness and Optics) technology, which features an optically-bonded glass front that protects the LCD from damage in high traffic, public environments.
Planar UltraRes Series displays with Planar ERO also improves perceived contrast by more than 300 percent, giving viewers the highest quality visual experience, making it more readable and impactful, even in bright public venues.
