Ergotron SRVC-PI-01 - Product Integration: Tier 1 Service Program

Save time and money by allowing the experts to integrate your Ergotron product. Tier 1 service typically represents a simple installation of a basic product configuration. All hardware, cabling and Ergotron accessories will be set up to make your deployment seamless and successful.

Includes:

• Unpack product, monitors, CPU or thin client devices, laptops, keyboards, mice, etc.
• Assemble and install Ergotron product and accessories and prepare for hardware installation
• Tailor configurations to user’s specific hardware
• Install hardware (monitors, CPU or thin client devices, laptops, keyboards, mice, etc.)
• Adjust all product movements (counterbalance per weight of hardware)
• Route and organize cabling
• Note: All product, accessories and customer supplied hardware must be available at time of scheduled installation. System power and voice data set-up are the responsibility of customer
• Follow up: Contact to ensure satisfaction after completion of integration
• Thirty-day warranty, starts on final day of service visit
