Ergotron SRVC-DEPLMN - Deployment Management Program - Planning

A certified service consultant will plan the deployment of carts or workstations, managing the project throughout the facility to ensure a successful integration of your IT equipment with Ergotron solutions.

Deployment Management Deliverables
Scope of Work document:

• Identification of all Deployment project personnel for the customer, Ergotron and other necessary partner organizations
• Identification of all deployment sites with proper address and instructions for delivery of equipment. Complete contact information for customer delivery personnel
• Project Timeline and Schedule: kick-off meeting; delivery of equipment by location; integration dates by location; completion dates by location; project management meeting and sign off
• Project Plan by Location: equipment to be integrated (Ergotron units and peripheral hardware); location of each unit; integrated configuration description

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide approximate number and type of Ergotron units to be deployed within facilities
• Provide primary contact for the deployment project manager (full name, phone number & email)
