Provides a larger, easy-to-organize space

The Chief PAC527FBP6 XL In-Wall Storage Box with 6-receptacle filter and surge provides a larger, easy-to-organize space to accommodate AV equipment - 22" (559 mm) tall. The included, universal backplanes can be mounted on three different levels to easily organize and layer components within the space. Additional PACPL1 backplanes can be purchased separately for even more mounting options. One PACPL1 backplane can be snapped in half to create 2 smaller sections. This model allows for components to be mounted in advance before attaching wires on site.

Surge and filter module

This in-wall storage box includes a high-performance, dual gang housing, isolated ground, 6-receptacle outlet featuring the SurgeX® non-sacrificial multi-stage filtration and surge protection system. This protects equipment from disruptive high frequency noise and damage caused by power disturbances. Paintable flange and cover options to blend in any environment are available. The PAC527FBP6 is finished in black, stud mountable, and is available in landscape or portrait installation.
