Vertically stores, charges and protects up to 42 devices

The Bretford NETBOOK42-CT Sova 42M cart vertically stores, charges and protects up to 42 netbook, Chromebook or ultrabook computers. The NETBOOK42-CT 42-unit cart incorporates a sophisticated power management system called the "Brain" that helps decreases heat and electrical stress while proportionally distributing power to devices to preserve battery life, and only requires a single power outlet for use. The Bretford NETBOOK42-CT Sova 42M 42-Unit UL-listed device cart with brain technology includes three 14-outlet electrical units with overload protection with on/off switch for charging device. It has three rows of vertical polypropylene shelf dividers that store and protect devices from scratching with laser cut numbering for easy device coordination and organization. The left side panel of the NETBOOK42-CT cart includes a cord winder to keep the power cord neat and out of the way when not in use. The cord management in the back of the cart is provided by shelves that secure cords and adapters.

The Bretford NETBOOK42-CT Sova 42M cart has a grommet hole on the upper right panel allows a wireless router to rest on the top shelf and plug into the dedicated 1 amp outlet on the underside of the top shelf for a mobile wireless lab. The wireless outlet is always hot as long as the cart is powered regardless of the operating mode. The NETBOOK42-CT features easy rolling 5" all swivel casters for tight spaces and two can be fixed anytime to provide added directional control.

The power management system operates in three power modes:

• Round Robin: Charges all devices through power cycling and monitors battery life to send charge to the most discharged bank.
• Turbo Mode: Dedicates power to a single device and charge 12 devices quickly.
• Auxiliary Mode: Shuts power off from the device electrical banks and provides power on top for printers or scanners.
