Integrated 19" LED-backlit LCD panel

The ATEN CL1316N LCD KVM Switch features an integrated 19" LED-backlit LCD panel allowing access and control with up to 16 computers from a single console (keyboard, mouse, and monitor). As many as 16 additional switches can be cascaded bringing the total number of connected computers to 256 computers that can be controlled from a single keyboard-monitor-mouse console.

Setup is fast and easy; plugging cables into their appropriate ports is all that is needed. The switch supports both USB and PS/2 connections for the computers. The CL1316 intercepts keyboard input directly, thus eliminating the need for any software configuration. Switching between computers can be easily accomplished either by manually pressing the front panel push button port LEDs, entering hotkey combinations from the keyboard, or via a menu driven multilingual on-screen display (OSD) system.

PS/2 and USB interface auto detection

The CL1316N automatically detects PS/2 and USB interface. It also provides USB or PS/2 keyboard and mouse emulation making computers boot even when the console focus is elsewhere. The CL1316N also provides superior video quality – up to 1280 x 1024 @ 75 Hz; DDC2B. It also offers convenient computer switching via front panel push buttons, hotkeys, or multilingual on-screen display (OSD) menu.

Exclusive LED illumination light

With an exclusive LED illumination light, the ATEN CL1316N LCD KVM Switch illuminates the keyboard and touchpad to allow visibility in low-light conditions. Its dual interface supports computers with PS/2 or USB keyboards and mice. The CL1316N supports multiplatform (Windows 2000/XP/Vista, Linux, Mac, and Sun). USB keyboards for PC, Mac and Sun are also supported as well.

Two level password security

The two level password security of the CL1316N allows only authorized users to view and control computers; up to four users and an administrator with a separate profile for each An Auto Scan feature can be use for monitoring user-selected computers.

The ATEN 2L-5202U (2L5202U) and 2L-5203U (5203U) all-in-one bonded KVM USB cables are designed to deliver superb video quality and error-free transmission for your high-resolution applications. The 2L5202U measures 6 feet or 1.8m (meter) long. The 5203U on the other hand measures 10 feet or 3m (meters) long.
