My needs evolved. I started with four monitors on two shorter posts. Later I added a couple widescreens above using the 750mm post positioned between the shorter posts. Eventually, I needed more desk depth which the 750mm center post was preventing me from pushing the monitors away. Switching to 750mm posts in place of the shorter posts allowed me to eliminate the center post gaining about 6 inches of desk depth, and all I had to buy was a second 750mm post since the clamps are interchangeable between the posts. Cool system.
