The stand is awesome. Much sturdier than other whiteboard stands, and the wheels are the best part. Tall wheels that roll well and won't break easily.

The reason it's three stars is because getting the stand was a hassle. When the package came in, several parts were missing. I spent an hour taking pictures and interacting with the company to get the exact pieces I needed to be ordered for me. Then when those came in several days later, I was still missing the wheels, even though I had told them about the wheels not being in the first package. I spent another hour taking pictures and communicating to try to get the wheels sent. Finally, almost two weeks later than the original package and after hours spent trying to get the stuff, I had a full Genius Stand. The customer service team was

This stand is great. The steel is strong, and the wheels are fantastic. Most whiteboard stand wheels are small, plastic wheels that won't stand up to many trips down the hallway. These wheels are 5" hard plastic wheels that roll very well. We will definitely be buying more of these stands in the future.

The reason I dropped two stars is because of the hassle it was to get the stand. When it first came in, it was missing several parts. I contacted the company and told them the exact parts I was missing. When the replacement parts came in, I was still missing parts (the wheels actually)! I went back to my conversation with them and found that they had failed to include the wheels even though I had told them the wheels were missing in the original shipment. Sturdy steel

We needed a stand on which to mount a portable electronic test system. We considered adapting a rolling whiteboard, but those tend to be flimsy. This frame is steel, which is three time stiffer than aluminum, with a thick brace across the middle. It is as sturdy as it looked on the website. The thick brace mounts in two positions, making it more versatile than the website description.
