Mobile Floor Display Panel

PANEL: Panel is 48” x 66” x 7/16” Hexacomb double-sided in either hook-and-loop fabric or vinyl surface. Surface is fully tackable.

FRAME: Frame consists of four 18 gauge steel trim pieces. Each piece is constructed from 22.5mm square tube with a U-channel welded to the inside edge. A single M6 x 40mm SH screw with washer inserts from outside of side trim pieces and threads into a metal insert within tubing on top and bottom trim pieces in each corner of the panel. U-channel holds the panel in place. Side trim pieces insert into feet and are locked in place with one M6x15mm screw per foot. Feet are constructed of two welded pieces of 18 gauge, 25mm square tubing with threaded inserts welded on the bottom to receive casters. All exposed tubing ends are capped with plastic inserts.

CASTERS: Casters are 50mm, dual wheel with M10 x 14mm threaded stem. Two locking and two non-locking casters were provided.

GANGING: Panels may be linked together in series or set up radially using set of gangers. Included with each mobile panel is one pair each of straight, 90-degree, and 120 degree gangers. To link panels, feet are left off and replaced with plastic inserts. Two gangers are used along one side of the linked edge and attach to each display panel’s side trim with one M6 x 40mm screw that is capped on one end with a locknut.

• Double-sided in tempered safety glass to provide smooth writability and erasability. Glass is backed with steel to accept rare earth magnets for even more functionality.
• Divider comes standard with gloss white glass, but we also provide the ability to customize the glass panel in a variety of ways to personalize your workspace, including color and graphic printing options.
• Panels are trimmed in modern anodized aluminum to best enhance your environment.
• Leg design minimizes gapping, and connectors are available to join panels side by side. Base includes locking casters.

D.O.C. Glass Room Dividers allow you the freedom to divide, organize, and customize your space to fit your individual needs. 

PANEL: Double-sided tempered safety glass is backed with steel to accept rare earth magnets. Glass comes standard with gloss white. Panel is 1/2” thick. Two size options available (58”Hx46.3” and 58”Hx69.6”) . 

FRAME: Panels are trimmed in anodized aluminum which clips onto 14 Ga round steel tube uprights. Uprights insert into a 1/4” thick steel tube base with 12 Ga tapered steel tube legs. Kickplate is similarly trimmed and available in standard or custom laminates. 

CASTERS: Dual-wheel casters are 2.5” diameter with push in stems. All casters are locking.
