This is a great document camera for the price. It is securely fastened to my working surface and does all I was hoping for. I plan to use it extensively for online math tutoring. I have recommended it to others.

Good but.....

There are many things I like about this camera.It has really saved me through this conversion to on-line teaching. I like the clamp on factor and the flexible head and arm. I wish there was a way to tighten the the attachment of the camera to the base, I have to prop a block in to hold it in place. There is no lag time which is nice. The problem that really bothers me is the the software isn't updated for the MAC (even though it said it was MAC compatible) so I can't adjust any of the settings. Esp. the white balance. Hopefully this will be fixed in the future

This document camera has been wonderful for conducting remote classes from home. Have used the camera to demonstrate electrical labs, illustrate lectures, discuss math solutions, etc. The automatic focus and ability to easily move to multiple positions is wonderful. Also has a high quality built in microphone.

I really like the clamp and the flex arm. I was able to put this on the corner of my desk and move around as needed including to show things on my desk and in my room. A nice surprise was how bright the led lights are. I use this as a desk lamp.

Multipupose Camera

I've only used the camera a few times so far. I've done a Zoom video conference which worked really well. I have also used it as a digital microscope inspecting some surface mount soldering work on PC boards. In all cases it has worked great. The software is easy to use and to use as a video conferencing camera in Windows requires no software, windows handles the drivers (used on both Windows 10 and 7). Great product at a good price.

Quite impressed at $150

I purchased this camera during the pandemic because there were no webcams to be found anywhere and my daughter needed it to participate in virtual classrooms. I was significantly surprised with the quality of the image at $150. My only feedback to the manufacturer: Consider adding a bolt through function, not just clamp on. Otherwise, I was impressed.
