The OWI AMP-HD2SIC52BTVC is a three source, Integratable, 5" Amplified in-ceiling speakers with Bluetooth volume control (two speaker package). It includes an electronic shunt to help conform to life safety NFPA72 regulations to be able to shut off from a central location in the event of an emergency. The new amplifier has 3 sources; 1) one stereo 3.5 mini-jack line input, 2) one POP aux input, and 3) one CAT 5 input for connection to the OWI MC4 mixer. (If 25/70/100 volt is required then a transformer will be required and supplied).
A new advantage for the AMP-HD2SIC52BTVC is that the upgrade is modular. If Bluetooth, or digital input or more inputs are required then an upgraded board can be attached to the AMP-HD2SIC52BTVC or can be installed remotely and connected via the RJ45 input. This flexibility is designed to provide multiple applications for different markets with a single product.
The AMP-HD2SIC52BTVC is the perfect audio partners for projectors, microphones, music and paging applications. By placing the amplifier within inches of the speaker, maximum damping control of the speaker due to low source impedance is achieved. The result is optimum high fidelity reproduction and response without an external amplifier. With up to 40 watts of class AB power delivered directly to the speaker, OWI's self-amplified speakers are powerful enough to drive three additional non-amplified speakers. This two-speaker package is consists of (1) (AMP-HD2SIC5) 5.25" amplified speaker with (PS15VDC35AL5) 15 volts level 5 power supply, (2) Backcan enclosure, (2) 5TB tile bridge, (1) IC5, and Bluetooth volume control.
